Face swap online Face Changer, or simply Face Changer, is a free photo editing tool that helps you change your appearance in photos. Similar to FaceJoy, you can see what you will look like if you were the opposite gender. You can also use a friend or family member's photo as long as it's saved on your device.

Face Changer is easy to use. Simply open this multimedia app, choose the process you want, upload an image, do the necessary adjustments or edits, and tap on the Let's Go or check button. The editor will instantly process the changes.

Switch it up

Face Changer offers two ways for you to edit your photos: through its artificial intelligence system or the By Yourself option. With the app's AI system, all you have to do is align the swap points in the right places and the editor will automatically process the photo. One flaw of this method is that it can be confusing since the app doesn't have a guide or tutorial.

With this consideration, you can opt to manually do the gender face swap instead. Tap on the By Yourself option on the main screen and pick whether you want to do a boy-to-girl or girl-to-boy switch. You can change the jaw and eyes for the boy-to-girl swap and add a beard and eyewear for the girl-to-boy switch. Both options allow you to change the hairstyle.

The manual swap isn't perfect either. It's apparent that it only offers a limited amount of changes to your photos for both the boy-to-girl and girl-to-boy switch. The edits will be obvious since this app doesn't have a texture and color adjustment setting.  Moreover, this editor doesn't automatically save your edits regardless of the mode you chose. You'll have to manually do this by tapping on the download button.

Should you use this editor?

Face Changer's flaws outweigh the convenience that its features bring to the table. There is only so much you can do with this editor considering the limited editing options it presents in its manual editing mode. This app's AI system isn't that convenient either since it can be confusing to use. Lastly, the poor quality of the final image results eradicates any chance of redemption of this app.
