Bleaklight Falls is a premium role-playing game for PC from developer Patticus. It’s a hack-and-slash RPG adventure wherein players must fight to save their home from monsters that threaten the peace and safety of the villagers. It features a vast open world to explore, filled with secrets and hidden treasures to loot. 

Comparable to games like Dungeon of the Endless or Kunitsu-gami: Path of the Goddess, Bleaklight Falls combines real-time combat with tower defense mechanics that have players build towers to help them defend against groups of enemies. Newcomers can check out a demo version for a preview. 

Secluded village 

In Bleaklight Falls, you play as Meelu as he fights to defend his home of Bleaklight from encroaching monsters brought about by the dark and mysterious Dreadblight. To prepare for the impending waves of enemies, you will need to fortify the village with defenses to hold back attacks while you fight on the frontlines and prevent anything from breaking through. 

During the day, explore mines and the forest to gather materials you will need to build different tower types for offense, defense, and utility, all of which you can upgrade to increase their effectiveness. As for your own, invest in a Mastery Point System across four trees, and create unique character builds with different play styles and skill sets that suit you. 

Outside of battle, interact with the villagers of Bleaklight, each with unique stories, and they can even provide you with their expertise in crafting and upgrading your gear. You can also explore the surrounding forest and defeat enemies to find rare gear that gives unique perks and bonuses. As for the full release, there is no exact date when that will be, so you’ll have to wait.
