Auto Rogue is an auto-battler, role-playing game developed and published for PC. In this indie game, players take over a character to progressively strengthen by combining a selection of skills to defeat various enemy factions they encounter as the game progresses.  

Retro pixel title 

Auto Rogue delivers casual gameplay where choices matter with its various mechanics, including idle, roguelike, and turn-based combat. Illustrated in classic 2D and pixel graphics, it pays homage to many retro games that many players loved. Aside from RPG, this fantasy title also touches on simulation and strategy elements. 

Select your items, build, and traits ahead before deploying your character to ensure victory. In addition, take advantage of skill combinations to produce unique effects helpful in the battle. However, the biggest concern about this is its clunky UI and inefficient text. 

Idle RPG experience 

Auto Rogue offers a nostalgic blend of idle RPG and strategy wrapped in retro pixel art. While its core mechanics and skill combos provide satisfying depth, the clunky UI and awkward text hold it back. Still, for fans of casual auto-battlers, it’s a charming, if imperfect, adventure worth exploring.
