Zoho Assist - Customer is a customer-first remote support app, built on top of the cloud-based Zoho Assist, and allows you to request a remote support session from a trusted technician.

You can request a remote support session from your technician by entering the session key from your existing Zoho Assist account into the app. You will get a nine digit session key and can now access your system.

Once logged in, you can start a remote session by sharing your screen with the technician. You can stop/resume sharing of the screen by entering the stop or resume command on the app.

You can send and receive files up to 2GB, using the File Transfer option.
