The YSRSP program, developed by AP WDCW, is an Android application that aims to deliver nutrition, health, and preschool services in Andhra Pradesh. It is being implemented through 257 projects in 26 districts of the state. One of the key services provided under the Integrated Child Development Services (ICDS) is the Supplementary Nutrition Program, which is implemented through all projects, covering a total of 55,607 Anganwadi Centers.

The goal of the YSRSP program is to ensure access to supplementary nutrition for all pregnant women, lactating mothers, and children aged 6-72 months through the Anganwadi Centers. By doing so, the government aims to achieve a reduction in anemia and malnutrition among the target population.
