This mod for Dragon Age: Origins simply and directly modifies Alistair's physical appearance so that he reflects his actual age - which is something most of us tend to forget. During the start of Origins, Alistair is but a teenager - a 19-year old Grey Warden and companion. He is pretty much still a child. This fact would likely slip out of our minds because he - by default - looks much older: the lines, hollows, shadows, and even expressions on his face seem to point to a significantly more mature, more experienced character.

This mod has utilized a variety of texture mods to revise Alistair's look so that it reflects his truth: youth. Elf ears were also injected as an extra - spawning an elven, lore-friendly, younger Alistair.
