It's a new mod that does not contain any of the assets or the default textures from Loincloth Fashion, but it does contain the default models. So you need to download the Loincloth Fashion mod and the accompanying patch, and you'll be able to use this.

The models are based on the default male model in-game.

It can be used for both EM and HM male characters.

You can select between the different available models and change the color of the robe.
