World of Pets is a roleplaying game developed by PlaySide Studio that allows players to take care of a virtual pet. Here, you will raise your pet by hatching them from their eggs and feeding them with potions. Of course, there is also the matter of caring for them when they're ill.  

The full game is free to download and play. However, you can buy a founder's pack to get various items, gems, coins, and rare pets. Unlike other pet games, World of Pets is completely online. With this, you can interact with other players and even trade with them. 

How do you play the game?

World of Pets is set on one large map, where online players and NPCs alike can interact with one another. As mentioned, the goal of the game is to raise your pets. Like the popular Tamagochi game, you will feed them and play with them to help them grow and evolve. However, the pets only eat potions, which you will brew using ingredients that you will need to collect.

Additionally, there is a main campaign filled with quests that you need to complete. Completing each quest will earn you coins, which you can use to buy items, such as clothes and skins for your avatar and health tonic for your pets. You can also complete the daily challenges to earn more rewards. As noted, you can also trade your pets and rare items you collected with other players.

The game uses both a mouse and keyboard for controls. WASD keys allow you to move your avatar, while the space button lets you jump. Right-clicking your mouse allows you to turn, while the left-click lets you interact with items and other players. World of Pets comes with bright and beautiful visuals. However, to enjoy a lag-less performance, it requires a high-end device and a strong internet connection.
