WorkCover Queensland’s Worker Assist is a free Android app that offers injured workers a convenient and secure way to track their workers’ compensation claim. The app is part of a range of online services that allow injured workers to stay connected with WorkCover Queensland.

With Worker Assist, users can easily check the status of their claim, view their next compensation payment date, and upload medical certificates or other documents by taking a photo. It also allows users to claim expenses by uploading photos of receipts, view their expense and remittance records, and add their own appointments and view their next appointment details.

Users receive real-time alerts about upcoming appointments, can provide feedback about their treatment and rehabilitation, and complete a tax file number declaration. Worker Assist also provides claim contact details, allows for direct messaging with the claim contact, and enables users to view correspondence between them and WorkCover Queensland.
