UT Exposure Notifications is an app developed by the Utah Department of Health that sends notifications if you have been exposed to COVID-19. This new service is different than other notification apps in that it uses secure tokens to notify you of possible exposures, and it does not require you to provide any personal information or location data. 

The exposure notification service is voluntary, and users are not required to install the app or provide personal information. This will allow users to protect their privacy and avoid potential exposure to COVID-19.

This new service is an expansion of the Department of Health's existing COVID-19 exposure notification system. The app uses the same technology as the existing system, but it has been redesigned to fit the requirements of the COVID-19 pandemic.
