UCTG Conductor is an Android-based application designed for taxi drivers. It is developed by Information Technology XOA S.A. and is available for free. The app is created to improve the quality, safety, and accessibility of the taxi service in the province of Guayas, Ecuador. The app is exclusively for drivers of conventional vehicles who are committed to providing quality taxi service. It increases the chances of receiving more race by 60% for the drivers.

The app allows the drivers to receive requests from the client application or the Call Center system, which is then alerted to the driver through a voice message. It features a rate that is adjusted to the values established in each locality by regulatory agencies. Additionally, it incorporates a taximeter that can only be used as a reference until it is approved. The app uses radio frequency communication via the internet, which will replace radios in the near future. It geolocates the device (vehicle-driver) in real-time and displays it on a map. The app also allows drivers to change the status of their car (free, busy, out of service) and update this information in real-time on the application of the Call Center, among other features.
