It provides a secure gateway to My Health Connection, where users can schedule or cancel appointments, renew or refill prescriptions at UCHealth pharmacy, connect data like weight, pulse, and blood pressure from their devices to their health record using the Apple Health app, and view test results. The app also helps to find the nearest clinic, urgent care, or emergency room and pay bills securely and easily.

One of the best features is the virtual visit with your provider, which allows users to communicate with their doctor without leaving their home. Additionally, users can access their doctor’s notes and ask Livi, the UCHealth virtual assistant, for help with any task. Livi is always available to answer questions like “show my test results,” “when is my appointment?” or “get me information on Virtual Visits”.

The app has recently added some new features like reserving a spot in line at most UCHealth urgent care locations, billing estimates available in Guest mode, and UCHealth eye care (ophthalmology) patients can now see their eyeglass and contact lens prescription details in their health records.
