Tvori is a software tool that lets you make 3D art in VR. It could be referred to as the digital equivalent of Lego. However, Tvori has a lot more pieces and likely variations compared to what Lego makes possible.

Simple, Yet Effective

The creators of Tvori want architects, designers, artists, teachers and directors to have access to a robust planning and creativity tool. The name ‘Tvori’ roughly translates to “create” in several Slavic languages. With Tvori, teams with members spread across the globe can step into VR and interact with each other and share their complex 3D ideas. The tool is excellently crafted, especially in the way it approaches creativity unlocking. Using VR to animate a scene isn’t a new concept, but it isn’t the most user-friendly either. Tvori wants to change that and make the entire process useful and easy.

Using the Tool

As soon as you launch Tvori, you should first extend your hand and position the table’s height. There are small arrows besides the handles that make it easy to determine how things should get done. From the table’s drawers, you could pull backdrops and props to animate and shoot a scene. Tvori’s primary interface has the table. There is a virtual camera as well that could be placed wherever you like, or you could just hold it in your hand. Also, there is a viewer for recording a scene as you start moving and animating objects.
