Trainiac by Gympass is a lifestyle program that offers a personalized fitness plan and human accountability to its users. The program is exclusively available for Gympass members, and it provides access to the highest quality trainers who are nationally certified through ACE, NSCA, ACSM, or NASM. Trainiac trainers have a bachelor's degree (at minimum), multiple years of in-person experience, and at least one additional wellness-related credential.

The program offers an integrative plan prescribed only to you, including custom strength, HIIT, and mobility workouts based on your specific needs. You are paired with a coach who helps you stay on track and knows when to push you past self-imposed limits, but as a human, they know when to be flexible. You can schedule and execute your workouts at a time and place that works for you, and send feedback to your coach via text, voice, and/or video messages - no need to commit to a time slot! Trainiac is for any Gympass member who’s ready to develop a sustainable and effective exercise routine so they can accomplish any goal they desire inside or outside of the gym.
