Total War: PHARAOH DYNASTIES fundamentally transforms the original campaign, adding 168 new settlements, unique historical landmarks, and fresh missions to the base game. The introduction of Sea Travel Lanes makes naval maneuvers efficient and dynamic, allowing fleets to swiftly undertake raids and invasions. With a fresh Dynasty system, players can cultivate a family tree and manage succession, adding strategic depth to the gameplay. 

Four new factions enrich the game: Babylon, the Assyrians of Hanigalbat, Mycenae, and Troy. These factions hail from distinct regions: Babylon and the Assyrians of Hanigalbat from Mesopotamia contrast with Mycenae and Troy from the Aegean. Moreover, players can now lead 25 additional minor factions, enriching the strategic depth and offering diverse playstyles and challenges set in the vast and varied ancient world.

Beyond these features, the game revamps warfare with over 150 new and reimagined units, including cavalry, camel riders, and faction-specific forces like the formidable Guards of Troy.
