The Toolbar Controls .NET for Microsoft Office is a plug-in for Add-in Express that customizes Microsoft Office commandbars (the CommandBar object also referred to as a toolbar) by placing any .NET controls onto the Microsoft Office command bars (toolbars). Microsoft Office 2003, 2002 (XP) and Microsoft Office 2000 are supported.

It has no analogs on the component market so far.
