Three Kingdoms Mushouden Demo is a free action game for PC developed by NanBei Studio. It is the demo version of the Eastern-themed strategy RPG adventure of the same name. Through it, players will be able to get a preview of what the gameplay will be like through a lengthy experience of the opening act.

Three Kingdoms Era

Three Kingdoms Mushouden Demo basically lets you experience the first 10 hours of the main campaign up until March 182 AD. Choose to create an original character or one based on a historical figure and build your army from the ground up as you struggle to survive the warring landscape filled with deceit and corruption.

The game features a large map with multiple cities across different provinces to explore and recruit soldiers for your army. Combat is primarily auto-battler gameplay wherein your troop will automatically engage with enemies in their path. That said, once the battle starts, you have no control over anything and will simply watch as it all unfolds.

Mixed bag

Overall, the Three Kingdoms Mushouden Demo serves as a good preview of what you can expect in the full version, and see how well you will fare in the early part of the main campaign. However, if you're expecting a more involved and tactical combat, this sadly falls short. Here's to hoping future updates will address this.
