Throughout the game, players have two options: help the remaining survivors or act selfishly by hoarding the supplies taken from them. The game features 150 unique characters, each with their own backstories and rewards, 20 different cities in the United States that you can explore, and over 15 cutscenes. It also has two game modes: Story Mode and Sandbox Mode, wherein you can compete with your friends on the latter one. However, as the game is story-driven, it is not ideal for players seeking a purely fast-paced gameplay experience.
