Due to some technical difficulties encountered with the chains of the lift you're using to go up in the land, you will be trapped down the ocean ground. A third-person voice will accompany you while he also tries to fix the error. But, it will actually be too big of a problem for him to resolve just within a few minutes. 

Thus instead of blankly waiting, he advises you to find the cave wherein a high-rise rock can be your way out underwater. However, there are a lot of traps that can hinder you to look for the cave.
