The action takes place in the ancient Mayan kingdom and the main aim of the game is to develop a mighty army so that it will be strong enough to defeat all of the other armies from the other kingdoms on the gaming board. In addition, players are charged with creating and developing various other elements of their kingdom such as buildings for the peasants to live in, research facilities and farmland to grow crops to feed the people.
