Sway is a great application for the creation of visually stunning marketing material, best of all, it's available for free! You can easily import pictures and other media into your creations to make it even more appealing. The app is very easy to use and doesn't require special skills or training. Although there are many applications out there that can do what Sway does, very few come with Microsoft's support.
