SUMUT mobile is a free mobile banking application provided by PT. Bank Sumut. It allows users to perform banking transactions anytime and anywhere using their smartphones. The application is secured with an access code and dynamic PIN for transaction authentication.

The app features a user-friendly interface with a menu that allows users to perform various transactions such as cellular phone reload, bill payment, and fund transfer to other Bank Sumut accounts. Users can also save their payment, reload, or transfer list as a favorite transaction for future use.

To use the app, users need to register at any Bank Sumut branch. Non-financial registered users can perform non-financial transactions such as balance inquiry, last historical transaction, and registration notification of transactions. Financial registered users can perform all non-financial transactions and financial transactions such as fund transfer, telkom, and halo billing payment, TV cable billing payments, prepaid purchase, and other payments.

The app supports two types of connections, Data Connection, USSD, and SMS, which users can switch from the "Connection Setting" menu.
