StrangerZ is a premium strategy game that puts strangers together in a single place. This survival horror aims to outlast other players, either as a survivor or as the titular Stranger. Survivors are tasked with protecting the area from midnight until the early morning, while the Stranger must survive by attacking the survivors.

Fully rendered in 3D, StrangerZ combines fast-paced movement and social deduction skills if you are to stay alive until the morning. Its flexible multiplayer setups, although with limited levels available, make it a good cross between Dead by Daylight and Among Us.

As mentioned, StrangerZ has a straightforward premise. Survivors must work together to protect the house, which is currently the only available level, from the Stranger. They have two locks that can be used anywhere, plus one permanent lock, to isolate parts of the house from any attack. On the other hand, the Stranger is tasked with breaking into the house and eliminating the survivors.

The use of locks adds an unusual strategic element to the game. You can isolate certain parts of the house and limit potential access points for the Stranger. Like other social deduction games, it’s up to both sides to determine possible gaps in the defense. Also, it allows for different gameplay setups, whether a 1v1 match or an asymmetric 4v1 gameplay. It also features a ranked and competitive gameplay mode where players gain rank points (ZR).

Lastly, the game is built using Unreal Engine 5, guaranteeing next-gen graphics and spatial audio that will make the game even more entertaining and immersive. Despite this, the game has pretty relaxed system requirements. The only concern is that, at this stage, the content is still quite limited. It offers only a few customization options and only one level is available, although future updates should fix this problem.
