SparkChess is a chess game with an exciting twist! If you’re familiar with chess, you’ll recognize the game in its classic form, but here, the object is to get your opponent to move his pieces, and the most effective way to do that is by attacking and destroying his pieces.

You can play with one, two, or three players. The game begins with each player having 16 pieces: one king, one queen, two rooks, two knights, two bishops, and eight pawns. The goal is to checkmate the opponent’s king by placing it under an escapable threat of capture.

If you’re a beginner, start with the easy beginner mode and play against the computer. As you get more experienced, advance to the advanced mode and play against one or two other players. In both modes, the rules are the same.
