SOVL: Fantasy Warfare is a fantasy war game that can be played either with miniatures on a table or digitally on Steam. Players command fantasy armies, where the outcome is decided by maneuvering units, engaging in melee combat, launching volleys of arrows, and casting destructive spells, all determined by dice rolls. 

From warband to warlord 

SOVL: Fantasy Warfare offers a Trail of Death campaign mode where players start with a small warband and gradually build it into a powerful army capable of challenging the final boss. This adds depth and strategy to the gameplay. It also includes an Army Builder, allowing players to create and customize their armies.  

You can select a Commander, choose units and their equipment, and design a unique color scheme for your faction. It features Steam Multiplayer, enabling players to challenge others online, adding a competitive and social aspect to the game. However, the depth and complexity of the game can be challenging for new players. 

The art of war 

SOVL: Fantasy Warfare is immersive, strategic, and highly customizable. Players engage in epic fantasy battles where they command armies composed of various units, including soldiers, archers, and spellcasters. These battles are determined by tactical maneuvers and dice rolls. It provides a rich and engaging gameplay experience, blending strategic depth and customization.
