SoHO Viewer is a free iPhone application developed by Jerome Diaz in the category of Education & Reference. This simple app allows users to download and view the latest images taken by the Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SoHO). With the inclusion of push notifications, users can receive badge notifications on the app whenever new images become available.

The app has received recognition as one of the top ten free applications for stargazing on the iPhone, as mentioned in a Network World article [^1^]. Additionally, SoHO Viewer was featured in the March 2015 edition of Sky And Telescope on page 70. The images displayed in the app are courtesy of the SOHO consortium, a project of international cooperation between the European Space Agency (ESA) and NASA.
