We are SOELU, a fitness app that lets you take yoga and other fitness classes without having to go to the gym.

We make it easy to take fitness and meditation classes at home. If you want to meditate or do yoga with a specific teacher, you can do it without leaving your house.

You can choose to take one of our fitness classes, which include yoga, strength, and meditation, or you can do a combination of them. You can also choose to do a LIVE session with a specific teacher.

We have a large number of teachers, and you can take your favorites with you.

We provide video lessons and a teacher's guide for every class.
