This application is developed by the Information Technology (IT) department of the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC). It is a part of the COVID-19 preparedness and response plan of the SMC. It is intended to be used by the public health officials to track and verify the home quarantined people as well as to track the contacts of COVID-19 positive cases.

The application consists of a web portal and a mobile application. The web portal is used for data entry. It is a secure system where the data is entered by the health officials. The mobile application is used for data collection. It is a useful tool for the public health officials to track the home quarantined people as well as to track the contacts of COVID-19 positive cases.
