SimHomestead is a mod for Fallout 4 that aims to bring a bit more stability and solidity to your game. It is a combination of Sim Settlements and Far Harbor.

SimHomestead allows you to create a new world and start a game in it with a brand new set of rules. In this new world, you can build and craft a home, grow crops, and manufacture goods and weapons. This is done to make the game more stable and to allow the creation of a complete and unique world.
