You enter the world of SIDE EFFECTS as one of up to four subjects, forced into a twisted medical trial where only one survives. Each turn demands choosing pills among six types, balancing helpful boosts and lethal risks while tracking resistance. Every round is a make-or-break in survival. 

Between tense rounds, you select from over 15 experimental items, from vaccines to clamps, trying to outlast adaptive opponents in modes supporting one to four players. Feel every choice tighten the odds. However, the ultimate downside is that it relies heavily on multiplayer gameplay.
