sHome Lobby is an Android app developed by ZIGBANG that enables you to easily open your apartment building's door using your smartphone's Bluetooth feature. Once you install the app and register it with your building's lobby, you can use your phone to unlock the door without the need for a physical key. The app is compatible with Android 6.0 or higher (with BLE support) and works on Android 9.0.

It's worth noting that the "automatic door opening when approaching the lobby phone" feature is only available on Android 10.0 or higher and may become unavailable in the future depending on Android policies. If the popup for opening the door doesn't appear when you approach the lobby, simply open the app manually and unlock the door from there.
