Jaya Janaki Nayaka is a story about five friends who form a band of robbers to help each other in getting out of trouble. They rob various places in a city, and the police chase them. But the gangsters get themselves caught by the police, and they have to run away from the police. The police then track them and try to catch them. In the meantime, the gangsters try to rob different places and fail to do so because they get caught by the police. So, they get into a fight with the police and try to get away from them.

The film is a story about friendship and how it helps you get out of a difficult situation.
