Школьный экопатруль is a mobile application developed by the Центр Цифровой Трансформации Республики Татарстан for the purpose of involving school children in practical activities aimed at improving the state of the environment, popularizing government and municipal services provided to the population in electronic form, fostering an active life position among students, developing a sense of involvement in the environmental problems of the region, and organizing a republican competition among students of general education institutions.

The mobile application offers the following features:

• Sending electronic notifications with photo and video materials containing information about environmental offenses received through mobile devices;
• Viewing sent notifications and receiving information about the status of notifications.
