Players of Shardlight take on the role of Amy Wellard, who is hell bent on discovering a cure to the mysterious illness that is wiping out the population of the city of Green Lung. While this seems like a noble task, not everyone wants out hero to success and there are plenty of obstacles that must be overcome and bad guys that need to be battled. There are lots of cool puzzles to solve and the game play is varied so that gamers are given plenty to do as they explore the large open ended world that has been imaginatively created.
