One of the highlights is the new Personas feature, which tailors information to the specific needs of students, faculty, and staff. The Mondrian design adds color and tiles, making it easier to find high-demand and popular features.

Future students also have a dedicated space within the app. They can explore SFSU, check their application status, take a Virtual Tour, and keep track of their admission status. Current students now have access to a tutoring section, as well as easy access to email and advising. Faculty and staff can conveniently access email and CampusMemo.

SF State Mobile also offers features such as grade look-up, access to SF State Events, links to iLearn and Lynda.com, registration information, payment and financial aid details, and the ability to make technology service requests. Additionally, the app provides GPS-enabled campus and indoor maps with accessible entrances.
