Seeing Assistant Light is a free application designed for blind individuals to detect light sources. The app emits a continuous sound that varies in pitch based on the intensity of light detected. By rotating the camera towards the direction with the highest pitch sound, users can pinpoint the brightest spot. The sound can be toggled on and off with a double-tap (triple-tap in VoiceOver mode).

With Seeing Assistant Light, users can not only determine if a room light is on but also check the status of electronic devices with displays or even identify if LEDs on electrical devices are powered on or off.
