See How They Grow is a free research project developed by The National Institute for Health Innovation IT to support parents and whānau in monitoring and tracking their children's growth. The app is designed for children aged 2 years and under and provides an easy-to-use platform for parents to enter weight, height, and head circumference measurements.

The growth charts are based on the NZ World Health Organisation growth charts, and the app provides clickable points on the chart to show the percentile for your child at that time. The app also provides supportive messages and tips as you use it and offers information on what growth charts are and how they are used.

See How They Grow also allows you to capture milestones and events and personalize it with a photo for each child. You can also find services and activities in your area using the interactive map, and add events and appointments that link through to your phone's native calendar.
