Scavenger SV-4 is a first-person game that combines atmospheric science fiction elements along with simulation gameplay, as well as aspects of roguelike games as well. The game sees the player alone on their ship in orbit around an undiscovered alien planet.

Scavenger SV-4 does an impressive job of creating a tense atmosphere that can have a player on edge even when nothing is happening. Things may happen, however, as the things the player brings back to the ship may not always be safe, and the player will have to deal with any situations that arise from their scavenged goods.

An interesting game with high replay value

Each playthrough of the game results in a new experience, from the player character's backstory to the planet they are orbiting. To properly experience what the game has to offer, a player would need to have several playthroughs.
