さぎんPayB is the official app of Saga Bank, offering a convenient way to make cashless payments from your smartphone. With this app, you can easily pay for public utilities, taxes, and online purchases without the need to visit convenience stores or bank branches. Payments are directly deducted from your registered Saga Bank account, and you can register multiple accounts for added flexibility.

This app is available to individual customers who hold a regular deposit account and a cash card with Saga Bank, and there is no need to register for internet banking services. The payment window is available from 0:05 to 23:55 every day, and you can view your payment history within the app after 24 hours.

さぎんPayB is free to use, and while there are no handling fees, customers are responsible for any data usage charges incurred during app usage. Your payment history can be easily accessed within the app, although receipts are not issued. Rest assured that your information is securely managed on the center server, and you can use the app with payment slips issued by participating PayB merchants.

Please note that transactions made through さぎんPayB cannot be canceled within the app. If you need to cancel a payment due to duplicate payments or any other reason, please contact the payment recipient directly. For any inquiries or assistance, you can reach the さぎん Call Center atduring weekdays from 9:00 to 19:00 (excluding December 31 and January 1-3).
