RRH MyCare is an online health portal that offers a secure, HIPAA compliant, patient-centered platform to deliver quality care. Through MyCare, patients can request test and treatment results, communicate with their healthcare provider, request prescription renewals, schedule appointments, and pay their bills from their mobile devices.

To stay secure, all patient information is stored on a HIPAA compliant server. The platform also offers an option for patients to create an account with their own password. For additional security, the platform requires all users to submit their health provider credentials (e.g. physician name, patient identifier, and location) prior to using the service.
