Royal Quest Online is a free-to-play role-playing game for PC developed by BASE. It is an MMORPG that is set in a vast fantasy world wherein players are free to choose and forge their paths as would-be adventurers and warriors. All the while, they will go on a crusade to stop the forces of evil from spreading and destroying the land. 

Much like RuneScape or Wizard101, Royal Quest Online draws inspiration from classic RPGs for its visuals and gameplay mechanics. It offers multiple game modes, and players can choose from multiple character classes with different play styles. 

Choose your own adventure 

Royal Quest Online takes place in the Lands of Elenia, a fantasy world filled with wonder and magic, ready to be explored and discovered by adventurers who are strong and brave enough to face its unknown dangers. You are one of them, and you will forge your own path as a warrior and help defeat evil all across the land. 

There are four classes to choose from in Royal Quest Online, namely the mercenary assassin, mage, sniper, and crusader. Each one boasts unique skills and abilities to suit different play styles. Explore multiple locations across Elenia, including forests, palaces, and islands in the sky as you face various monsters like goblins, vampires, and orcs. Become a monster hunter, mercenary, or purveyor of rare items—you get to decide. 

Back in the kingdom, you can also create or join a guild with other players online. Help each other out and fight other groups to claim fortresses to have your own castle that generates regular income. Now, as of this writing, the game is not out yet, and there is no specific date when it will come out aside from a Q4 2024 release window.
