The aim of RollerCoaster Tycoon World is to update the franchise to let you use all of today's roller coaster technology in your dream (or nightmare) amusement park.

Want to rebuild your favorite park? In RollerCoaster Tycoon World you are promised all the tools you need to do it. The developer has even teamed up with Six Flags amusement company, so many of their real-world attractions are in the game.

The editor is so extensive that you should be able to build the park of your dreams. Or would you rather focus on a simple construction? No problem: the advanced editor can limit features until you are ready to use them.

Rewarding your creations

The AI customers of your park in RollerCoaster Tycoon World are now more organic than ever, with every visitor having their own personality and tastes. Some may prefer the attractions to be science fiction themed, while others just want to eat at a Mexican restaurant.

RollerCoaster Tycoon World features Steam Workshop support. This allows users can share their parks, attractions, and roller coasters.

If all the freedom is a little too overwhelming, then there are two more focused modes to enjoy: Scenario (open world) and Campaign (where you overcome challenges and more linear missions).
