With its new interface and improved user experience, RespiRelax is a new version of the popular application for practicing mindfulness. This application was developed with a new style and new graphics. 

The new version features the following changes:

•  RespiRelax is more intuitive, easier to use, and more effective. 
• You can now practice with your eyes closed, which helps you to focus on your breathing. Practicing with your eyes closed helps you to control your mind and relax. This can be done three times a day, preferably before you go to bed or give a public speech.
