ReMix:Prologue takes place in a world that is being invaded by evil monsters from a void that mysteriously appeared out of nowhere. The only ones who can stand against them are superpowered heroes with a distinct affinity for music. You will take control of one of these musicians and defeat these creatures once and for all, one note at a time.

What makes the game stand out compared to its contemporaries is its diverse and varied gameplay. Each of its 10 characters wields unique musical instruments, as well as specializes in a specific genre of music. It all makes an interesting and different approach depending on who you choose. Level up to increase their core attributes and make their attacks even more effective.

What's more, as the battle rages on, you can recruit members to form a band to achieve an even bigger and more dynamic sound to your music. Now, having been developed in the native Chinese language, there are a lot of issues with poor translation. More so, some are still left untranslated which makes navigating the UI and understanding what's going on that much harder.

Fun but incomprehensible

Overall, if you're into rhythm games, ReMix:Prologue is a fun and engaging experience worth checking out.
