The goal of this project is to build an expansion to the east of town that will hold a Refugee Center. This center will always need more help from the player.

The idea is to capture some of the unique NPCs that have been created over the years that have not been updated to work with the most recent versions of the game.

So what is a unique NPC? A unique NPC is an NPC that is not found in the standard game. They have their own story and background. They have their own dialogue and their own animations. They can also perform their own animations. They can also perform special animations when you interact with them.

There are a lot of different ways to approach a problem. This project is unique because it looks at the problem from a different angle.
