DELUXE HATS

There is a new way to acquire hats in the game.

As you can see from the image above, there are several types of hats that you can acquire. The goal behind this modification is to give the player a better sense of achievement when they spend possibly hours to obtain a particular hat.

What are the effects of this modification?

The main effect is that the hat will have unique effects and buffs that alter gameplay, making them a worthwhile asset.

The current list of hat effects!

Name                         Effect

Arcane Hat                 Random chance to delay time.

Archer's Cap              Shots from slingshot deal more damage the further they travel.

Beanie                         Monsters have a greater chance of dropping loot.

Blue Cowboy Hat      While riding the horse and for 30 seconds after dismounting gain the Buckeroo Buff: +2 Speed

Butterfly Bow             Sparkles inside! People in the same inside area as you will gain 5 friendship every 7 seconds.

Cat Ears                      When you are hit meow and gain Skittish Kitty Buff: +3 Speed +2 Attack

Chef Hat                      Double the buff from eating food.

Cool Cap                      When outside in spring get the Season Protection Buff: +2 Foraging +1 Farming +1 Fishing

Cowboy Hat                 While riding the horse gain the Buckeroo Buff: +2 Speed

Cowgal Hat                  While riding the horse gain the Buckeroo Buff: +2 Speed

Delicate Bow                Sparkles inside! People in the same inside area as you will gain 5 friendship every 7 seconds.

Earmuffs                      When outside in winter get the Season Protection Buff: +2 Foraging +1 Farming +1 Fishing

Fedora                          When in the Mines or Skull Cavern gain the "Fortune and glory kid.
