The main plot involves an individual who has become trapped within a dark and creepy environment. The character is then hunted by seven psychopathic clowns. Each clown has its own unique powers, and they become more difficult as the game progresses.

With graphics somewhat similar to other games like Escape the Ayouwoki, Psychopathics offers a mixture of horror alongside short bursts of action. Nonetheless, this platform is certainly not as complicated as many other games within the genre, though it can be entertaining.
