This is an application designed for patients of the Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina at the USP. It allows them to reschedule appointments for any reason and to postpone the execution of any medical procedure.

How does it work?

To use this application you will have to log in with your patient number and password. In the login page, you will be able to access your patient profile, which contains information such as:

• Your medical history, which will include the medications you have been taking, the results of any blood tests, and any other data that may be relevant to your treatment.
• A schedule of your appointments, which will include the details of the visit, the time, and the place of the visit.
