Planyway is an example of what Trello calls “power-ups” – extensions that add functionality to the popular project management tool. Planyway takes Trello’s card-based task system and adds a convenient calendar. This simple improvement allows Trello to be used in a more intuitive way. Using the free extension, tasks can be added and monitored directly on this calendar. The date and time allocated to a task can also be adjusted by simply dragging and dropping or resizing the task’s colour-coded card. Your new calendar also updates itself with existing tasks and can be synced to a Google calendar, so it’s easy to get started right away.
