Plan is a very simple and free way to organise your time while integrating with existing calendars.

Management without stress

Plan is aimed at businesses as much as individuals, as it’s very good for synchronising across several platforms. The software calls itself a ‘peace treaty’ for organisation and has a light-hearted approach. The interface is similarly light and airy, with gentle colours and an easy-going approach. You have a simple list of sections on the left for calendar views, lists, insights and messages. Plan integrates with calendar, email, JIRA, Zendesk, Salesforce, and Github. Calendar view is easily modified with drag and drop events. The software has a very intuitive layout, but it may be a little too faded for those with eyesight problems.

Planning the smart way

Plan is a great tool for sorting out various tasks and events and generally improving efficiency. It’s free to use and very nice looking. The integration options make this a great one-size-fits-all solution, except that it only manages one account at a time. The software also lacks Outlook support at this time.
